This unique LED pedal is the first bicyclepedal in the world with a built-in micro generator that provides the current for the 8 amber coloured LED's.

HENCE IT USES NO BATTERIES. NO SWITCHES, JUST PEDAL POWER! With this pedal on your bicycle you will always be visible in darkness! The LED's flashes in serial and create a mild flash effect. At 20 rpm there is a constant current that makes you visible from the rear, the front and from the side. Traffic coming from behind wexperience the up and down going movement of the lightpedal, as if it were a pro-active reflector, where the light moves from the left to the right pedal and so on.

The pedal has an axle width of 9/16" and fits consequently to 90% of all bikes. For some bikes an axle width of 8/16 on the crank is apllicable.
